Usability
This Australian company is specialized in resume writing and career coaching, but only in the oil and gas industry. So their field of expertise is quite narrow and does not suit me. But I was fascinated by the website itself and wanted to check it anyway, out of curiosity. They have a very nice section with examples and a great way of presenting the samples of resumes and cover letters to customers. And I also appreciate the greeting video on the website. It does catch the eye.
Support
This company offers different ways of contact – in live chat, by email, over the phone, and they are prepared to meet customers face-to-face at their office. However, they only work from 9 am to 5 pm on business days. And as they are located in Australia, people from other countries must take time difference in consideration. When I visited the website, they were offline.
Price
I saw that resumes cost from AUD $375 to AUD $475, depending on experience level. That’s a lot I must say. And packages resume + cover letter cost from AUD $450 to AUD $550. There are other variations of packages, but I did not even look further, because I got discouraged when finding out the cost of services. Well it’s good the offer of this company does not suit me, otherwise I would be upset. I really liked the website itself, but did not like the prices and specialization.
Speed
The process of writing takes from 2 to 10 days. However, these guys can only start writing after the consultation with customer, and after discussing the dates of completion.
Quality
From what I’ve read about the company, they have a lot of experience since they started the business in 1995. They created a nice website and took care to provide customers with all the necessary information about the service. It’s good that the company is available for the customers, and that even meetings in person can be carried out before actual resume writing. However, the prices are high for both those who are at the beginning of their career and those who already have extensive experience. I’m not quite sure if it’s worth paying that kind of money for resume services. But since their area of expertise is not what I’m looking for, I can’t order at this website anyway.

This company can help with resume writing only those who are specialists in the oil and gas industry. Due to regular working hours, customers outside Australia might experience difficulties with time differences and availability of service.
