Want to have your resume made by nationally recognized experts? This company claims to have them in staff. They also have a lot of Featured signs and, provide a really wide variety of career sources. In particular, in addition to standard resume writing they offer career and interview coaching, personal branding, personal statement writing etc. For me, the main reason to choose this company was the fact they had certified resume writers.

Price Policy

As an executive, I was oriented on the quality more than on saving money. The prices, however, surprised me. Executive resume and cover letter were $500, and the advanced packages cost even more. For instance, a resume with all letters, LinkedIn and job search coaching is $1195 or above. Entry level resume is $199 for the cheapest package, and price for mid-level professional starts at $324. In fact, when you order a resume and cover letter only, their prices can be called affordable.

Resume writing process

As soon as I picked the package worth $725, I went to checkout and paid my order. Two hours later I got an email confirming my order and we arranged the time for one-to-one consultation; I was also asked to send my old resume. The next day I had a 40-minute phone consultation with the writer and I had time to discuss the points which were not covered in my resume properly. However, I wasn’t informed about the exact time of delivery; in this regards the site loses to companies like Classy Resumes services where you choose the deadline yourself.

As for site support, I found any hint on the online chat. There was only a phone number on the top of the site. However, I didn’t use it as I addressed all the issues to the writer via email so not sure if the phone support was helpful.

Conclusion

The package has been delivered to me in 5 days only. I liked the way my resume had been written. Cover letter was ok, too, but it sounded pretty standard to me. All in all, the writer did his job well, and I didn’t need any improvements. However, I once saw a $150 resume package… and it look almost the same as mine! I was really embarrassed to find out I could have paid less. The service is indeed good, but you can find the same quality level at cheaper price.
