It’s a resume writing website with patchy design and small pictures here and there. They describe themselves as a place that helps with resume for federal jobs, and that’s why I stopped on them to write a resume for me. There’s also career training institute, so if you want to participate in one of those trainings they offer, it’s easy to register in a couple of minutes. But as I came for a resume, I’ll focus on this experience.

Price Policy

As probably any customer interested in some kind of services, I got to the prices page at once. The prices turned out to be higher than I expected – the cheapest bronze services on a mid-level cost $660. But as they promised using OPM Qualification Standards, I decided to buy a resume from them as I needed some company that can guarantee my employment.

Right from the prices page you add a package to the cart and proceed to the checkout. Their standard deadline is 7 days, but I couldn’t wait a week, so I had to pay 10% more to get a resume earlier. I wasn’t sure how exactly it all worked as there’s any opportunity to contact them for an online conversation. After my order was placed, they only asked my old resume and some extra details and promised to complete the project as soon as possible.

Quality of writing and support

As I said earlier, there’s no online support team. However, they have a phone number if you have any questions. I called them only once to know about the progress. I had to wait on the phone for several minutes. Nevertheless, a person I talked to was very polite and promised to deliver the next day.

Conclusion

It took them 3 days to complete my resume. I wish they had finished working on it earlier! Also, as I opened the file, I found out that my professional summary is well-written, but I really disliked the formatting. I called them again and I was answered that it would take them a day or more to make these small corrections. So, it took me more than 4 days and over $700 to get a resume I wanted.
