I paid around $260 for resume and cover letter. It was supposed to be delivered to me 3 days later. As I said before, it can be hard to find the information you need straightaway. They don’t have live chat at all, which is a big inconvenience, and it took me about 2 minutes to find a phone number. The site really misses some important information, e.g. guarantees, discounts, extra services or writers’ bios.
Conclusion
I felt the lack of communication and felt a bit isolated and worried because of that. After I paid and uploaded my old resume, no one had gotten back to me for extra information, clarifications etc. I got my resume in 3 days of something. It was written professionally in spite of the fact the template could be better. I contacted them and it took them several hours to change it. To sum up, the quality of work was good but it’s not the way I’d like to be treated.
