The interface is processed in two colors dominating, which are white and blue with a pinch of orange pointing how to place an order. The range of service is provided in a form of a navigation panel apart from one with about the service information, support section, a tab with frequently asked questions, one`s orders and how to make an order accordingly.
Advantages
The service provides with resume writing, editing, CV writing and editing, LinkedIn and profile writing and cover letter writing. There is a clear pricing list right on the homepage of the website. The service promises on-time delivery, personal approach, no hidden fees, confidentiality and professional writers…
Disadvantages
… I doubt for mine to be professional though. You see, the resume I ordered was looking terrible. I found a couple glitches and mistakes within the content. There were mixed up data in my resume. The years were pointed out wrong. In addition, I got my resume long after the deadline was over. Moreover, when I was trying to contact my resume writer, he did not respond for a few days being unavailable.
Quality of paper
Like I have already mentioned earlier, the quality of paper was rather poor. It did not meet my requirements. Maybe I was expecting a miracle in a way but I wish it was at least an average leveled paper but no. I was not meant to be lucky even applying for help to a service, which calls itself a professional one.
Policy of price
There is no a separate tab with prices on a standard navigation panel. All the prices are given along with each service if to look to the left of the start page. There are three level of resume writing, editing and CV writing and editing plus branding of LinkedIn profile, some new opportunities (I did not notice any) and strengthening a resume with showcasing one`s brand. The price is way above average.
Order details
There are two buttons to make it possible to place an order. There three steps to complete the order. You need to select service, to go through payment and submit information. You will get to see the prices for each service as a reminder and a checker on the way to proceeding with your order. After going through all that, you will get to see it total, type in a discount code and there will be a final price. The list of bankcards the service accepts is given below.
Conclusion
Despite all the positive testimonials provided kindly by the website, I am afraid mine would be different. I do not see everything in as bright and vivid colors as it is shown within those testimonials. I would rather choose this resume service due to its affordability, excellent customer service and on-time delivery. Its writers would never request order and keep silence after being assigned to accomplish it. They are always in touch and ready for changes if any. Interaction plays a great part when it comes to this service and its army of customers and there is an army, trust me. I am one of its soldiers.
